When someone asks "Are you okay?", how do you respond? For so many minority girls, hiding our feelings is something that we have grown accustomed to due to the stigmas surrounding minority communities. At I’m Not Fine, we strive to bridge the gap between minority girls and the resources & education needed to help break the stigmas surrounding our communities.

Let's educate. Let's talk. Let's end the stigma.

You aren't alone.

By providing accessible resources and information about psychology and mental health, we aim to equip minority girls with the knowledge and tools necessary to take charge of their well-being. We want them to feel empowered to educate their community.

Let's Educate.

Let's talk.

One of the common issues minority girls face regarding mental health is a lack of open representation among peers & role models. We are dedicated to empowering minority girls to find their voices and break down the barriers surrounding mental health discussions.

We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for minority girls to openly discuss their mental health experiences and challenges. By fostering a judgment-free space, we hope to empower these young women to share their stories, seek assistance, and access resources without fear of negative stigmas.

Let's End the Stigma.

Meet our founder

Alayna Bah

After struggling with her own mental health and beginning her self-care journey, she decided to create a safe space that she didn't have, but wanted, for other girls of color. This resulted in the establishment of I'm Not Fine in 2022.
